Primarily positioned as a management consultancy Company, Celerity Management Consultants Limited develops and maintains the mechanism that supports all the sectors of the economy through its training programs and the provision of skilled and non-skilled work force to the sectors.

In order to fulfill its corporate mission as a Centre of excellence in managerial support and development, CMCL has put in place necessary resources in the form of training programs that best meet the needs of various organizations across the economic spectrum; this is done after undertaking in-depth training needs surveys in representative firms. Project assignments supported by an in-house team of professional consultants who are experts in their individual disciplines; these task assignments are performed at our Centre or at client’s premises where the consultants act as organizational change agents.

With regard to the above goals, CMCL has developed standardized core training materials and programs for management, supervisory and operational training that are customer-oriented and needs-specific. Using participatory approaches, CMCL works closely with its clients in assignments to ensure that organizations get full benefits for their investments in work force development.
